To help you find the correct repair we have completed a list of the most popular questions our customers have. If you still cannot find an answer to your question please call or email and our team will be happy to assist.

How long does a repair take?

We aim to complete repairs the same day or within 48 hours.

Can I send my item to you for repair?

Please view our website repair page to find your model and the repair required. Once found you can create a repair online. To use our online system please register your details and create a repair ticket. Then simply send us your device with the repair ticket number to the address in our "About" page. Once we receive your device, you will receive an email notification and we will proceed with the repair. Please note, return postage costs are not included in the repair cost.

Will I lose the data on my device during repair?

We endeavour to save your data, but cannot guarantee this, as on occasion a repair may require a device restore. We recommend that your device is backed up before sending to us for repair if possible. We will inform you if your device needs to be restored before we proceed.

How can I make payment for my repair?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit & debit cards
  • Cash
  • Bank transfer

Do you offer a warranty?

All parts used in our repairs come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover failure due to "fair wear and tear", "physical damage", "damaged glass" or "liquid damage".

I can't find my repair on the website?

If you cannot find your repair, please call or email and we will be happy to assist.

Should I send my sim card or any accessories with my device?

There is no need to send accessories when sending your device in for repair.

How will you return my device after repair?

Once repair has been completed, we will return your device to you by Royal Mail’s special delivery service which is an insured, signed for next day delivery service.

Do you unlock iPhones?

The carrier network is the first place to check for an unlock, in most cases this is done free of charge however you may incur a small cost of around £30 for pay as you go devices. The unlock is carried out remotely and takes approximately 5-7 days to complete. Once complete you will receive confirmation and are then able to use any new sim card in the device.

We are able to unlock some second hand devices for a fixed fee, where buyers are not able to gain access to the original account information, please ask for further details.

Can you remove iCloud activation lock?

We cannot remove activation locks, all enquires for activation lock will be directed to Apple Stores or Apple online support. If we believe a device to be stolen we have a duty to inform the police.

Can you repair liquid damaged devices?

We are able to repair devices that have been damaged by liquid, however, we can give no warranty on the repair due to damage made to internal components that may degrade over time. The cost for repair covers labour to clean the device, any faulty parts needed are at an additional cost.
