How long does a repair take?

We aim to complete repairs the same day or within 24 hour's.

How do I send you my item for repair?

Please view our website to find your model and the repair required. Once found you can place your order online or call or email us. To use our online system please add item to cart, you are also required to add the return postage option to your basket at this stage. Once a transaction is completed you will be emailed a reference number and address to send your model for repair.

Will I lose the data on my iDevice during repair?

We try our very best to save your data but we cannot guarantee this as on occasion a repair may require a device restore. We would recommend that you backup your iDevice before sending for repair if possible, We will inform you if your device needs to be restored.

How can I make payment for my repair?

We accept credit/debit cards & cash & BACS transfer. You can pay either online or in person.

Do you offer a warranty?

All parts which we replace come with a 90 day warranty. This warranty does not cover failure due to “fair wear and tear”, "physical damage", "Damaged Glass" or "Liquid Damage".

I can't find my repair on the website?

If you cannot find your repair please call or email and we will be happy to assist.

Should I send my sim card and charger with my iPhone?

You don't need to send these as they are not required, please just send the iPhone.

How will you return my iDevice after repair?

Once repair has been completed we will return to you by royal mail special delivery. This is a signed for and insured next day delivery service which you are required to purchase when you make your order.

Do you unlock iPhones?

No only the carrier network can unlock iPhones, some places will "Jailbreak" your device but this does not unlock it permanently. Please contact your network to have your device unlocked, in most cases this is done free of charge however you may incur a small cost of around £20 for pay as you go devices. The unlock is done remotely and takes 5-7 days to complete then once you get the confirmation you can put the new sim card in the device.

Can you remove activation lock?

We do not remove activation locks, if we believe a device to be stolen we will inform the police.

Can you repair liquid damaged devices?

We are able to repair devices that have been damaged by liquid, however we can give no warranty on the repair due to damage made to internal components that may degrade over time, the cost for repair covers labour to clean the device any faulty parts are at additional cost.
