How to prepare your device for Service

Before booking your iPhone, iPad or iMac in for repair, we ask that you take the following steps. First, ensure that you have backed your device up – this helps to protect you against data loss. Next, we ask that you disable Apple’s ‘Find My’ security service from your device, and this can stop us from being able to process your repair.

Finally, pleased ensure that any accessories, including your SIM card and case (where applicable) are removed from your device. We do not need the box, charger, or any other accessories with your device.

iStation’s dedicated team of trained technicians are ready and waiting to provide an efficient, comprehensive repair service to our customers. We offer a walk in service and mail in service, catering to your needs when it comes to repairing your device.

We understand how inconvenient it is to be without your device, especially iPhones, so we’re pleased to say that many models of iPhones are available for same day repair when stock of required parts is available. We aim to provide the iPhone repair service on a same day basis with our in house team of trained technicians using stock of over 600 parts. On the rare occasions that we aren’t able to complete an iPhone repair on a same day basis because of unforeseen technical challenges or parts shortages, we would normally be able to complete the service within 1 – 2 days thanks to next day availability of replacement parts.

We expect iPad and Mac repairs to be complete within 2-3 business days depending on fault and part availability.
